Power sequencer odroidCluster

To ensure a controlled power on sequence for our  odroid based cluster we needed a way to switch the 12V power for the odroid boards.

The maximum power consumption für a C4 board is 2A  ,  to get no troubles with heat, we used some big MOSFET. The power sequencer can be controlled from any device vie i2c  , the Bus is 3V3  / 5V  tolerant.
